Notes to acknowledge:

- Payment is upfront via PayPal

- Tell me if you don't want to be mentioned when I post

-I will give updates throughout the process to double check you are happy, however if you want to check in then go for it :)

- If you want NSFW, please discuss that with me ahead of time to make sure it is possible, as I don't have experience in this so it will be decided on a case by case basis.

- I retain rights to the art itself

- If you are the commissioner/owner you may post the artwork wherever you please as long as I am credited. I am also allowed to post and will mention you if you desire. (however please discuss with me if you would rather I didn't post it)

- I reserve the right to decline and/or refund a commission at any point for any reason -

- For refunds, if I have the sketch done, I will keep the portion that would have been paid for a sketch. If I have the lines done I will keep the portion that would have been paid for lines. Etc. The rest will be refunded

- By commissioning me, you agree to these terms
