I wish I honestly knew how to do all this modding stuff. I am no good at it and all the tutorials confuse me. Asking for help with the modding community is a dead end as well as most wont give you the time of day it seems. :(
I have a mod I like, but I want to edit it a little bit (mostly just add some briefs to the model) but I cant figure out how. Can anyone help me?

I am familiar with the 3D modeling and animations, but for actually implementing those modded assets to a game is not what I am familiar with nor having the actual game you want to mod. However I do know modding resources of other games like x-com 2 and Total War if you are interested in that.

I can get the model, I can provide the files for the mod in case backward engineering of the mod is possible. I really just do not know the process here.
