Updates to My Commissions TOS

I made some updates I've made to my terms of service when commissioning me:

Summary of changes:
-I am ok with people requesting that one of my original characters be included in a commission as long as I don't think it is out of character. I will still charge the extra character fee. The exception to this is Umber, my fursona. I am NOT comfortable with having Umber in any commission, SFW or not.
-I wanted to make it clear that I only speak English fluently and while I want to do my best to work through language barriers, if we cannot understand eachother well enough, I am not comfortable taking your commission. I want to make sure you enjoy your commission, but I can't do that if we don't understand eachother!

-I have decided that I do not want to draw any kind of feral NSFW for personal comfort reasons.
