Terms of service I'm making for commissions.
What I Will NOT Draw
Cubs in any mature or sexual situation, Farting, Gore, Scat, Vomit, Watersports. I also reserve the right to decline any creature that I decide does not pass the Harkness Test.
When commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
You are paying for the service of the creation of the art.
As the commissioner, if you are having characters owned by multiple different parties participate in the picture, you must have all parties contact me as the artist and confirm their participation in the picture.
In the context of sending gift art or providing gift art, there must be veriafiable proof of friendship or consent.
I as the artist reserve the right to use any art that I create in personal promotional material unless other arrangements are made with the commissioner.
I reserve the right to decline any commissions and the right to terminate a commission in progress. If a commission in progress is terminated, the commissioner will receive a refund at a prorated rate based on the work that has been put into the commission.
When commissioned, I will provide a rough sketch of the commissioner's request.
Major changes to the image must be provided in the sketching phase, this includes changing the pose, changing the camera angles, or other major updates to the image based on the artist's interpetation of the changes.
The piece will not be moved past the sketching stage until the piece is paid in full.
Invoices must be paid within a week of it being sent (Unless agreed upon by both parties) or your slot will be moved down in the queue.
My own Personal characters may be used commissions if I can agree to the concept of the picture. They may be included with a discount on my additional character fee.
