Texted my support worker about possibly seeing a therapist in the near future, and she found one that I can go to. Just need to go to the therapist's office when I see her next and fill out an intake form.

First step has been taken. :)

Hopefully I can get to the root of my issues and work on everything, I have a lot I need to work on...
