Ok, so I'm gonna be honest. Please do not ghost me if you are claiming a commission/adopt. I've been getting so many people ghosting me on commissions and adopts lately. This is the reason I mostly refuse to do holds anymore. I've gotten ghosted so much lately it's really upsetting. I'm gonna start doing a blacklist system where if you ghost me twice, you're blacklisted from ever commissioning me or getting an adopt from me.
I don't really want to do that but the crazy amount of times I've been ghosted or lead on, especially lately, is too much. It's tiring, it's upsetting, and it's annoying. I do not want to constantly chase down 5 people (Yes, 5 at the moment) who have been ghosting me on the off chance they'll actually go through and commission me, because they most likely won't. If your financial situation changes, just tell me! Don't lead me on for days, even weeks at a time.
I'm implementing this from now on, you ghost me twice and you're blacklisted. If you inform me that your financial situation has changed, and tell me, you will not be blacklisted unless it happens often. Then it's kinda just leading me on, y'know?
I'm gonna really start being less lenient about holds. I do not want to accept holds anymore. If you want a commission/adopt, please have the money ready to pay when you claim. I'm really tired and upset by all of this.
Yeah. Uh. Kinda feel like an ass about this but it needs to be said? I'm tired of people ghosting me on shit that someone else may very well purchase. Just. Don't ghost me. Seriously. I'm getting real tired of it. :/
