Came home from the Sonic movie (pretty good for a family-night couch movie) only to find out my bedroom had some water leak in from an access panel in the ceiling which not only soaked most of my bedroom's carpet, but soaked my mattress!!
I hope I can be compensated for damages since they had problems with water leaking in from there before I moved in.

The mattress doesn't seem too bad, but my 30 year old dresser has water damage. I've had that for as long as I can remember and it will forever have a swollen base!
