Just checking

So I've been light-headed for the last few days but I don't have the money to go and check to see what's wrong. My truck has also decided to crap out on me. The truck my boyfriend is taking care of.
Out of all the times that I'm dizzy it's any time I'm upright. If I'm laying down I'm typically fine. I'm at work right now with no truck and feeling dizzy and sick. I have no idea what to do. Should I just go home or should I try and tough it out? I already know I should go to the doctor but I don't have health insurance and no money to pay for it. I live in the USA. Our health system is garbage.

Are there any free/reduced fee clinics, colleges with med students, or health co-ops there? Sounds like you may have blood pressure issues, vertigo, or an illness like flu.
Most hospitals have debt forgiveness for those who are under a certain income threshold. It may reduce or eliminate your medical debt incurred, and some extend it for several months after you're approved. Just be prepared to provide pay stubs, income tax info, and write out your other monthly bills/debts. (Credit card, mortgage, car payments, etc.)
So you should really get checked since it could be serious. Perhaps ask for a less expensive coding or a Nurse Practitioner.
Feel better soon!
