So meany talented Artist from Russia ~ <3 !

I just noticed this, so I guess I'm pretty slow on the uptake, but I watch a lot of really talented Artist, and the vast majority of them seem to be from Russia! Anybody know why that is? Or dose it just seem that way? Either way, I'm pretty jealous of how good they are XD .
I noticed a long time ago that there are a lot of Highly skilled artists in Russia, but I also know Many American, British, Canadian and Australian artists who are Equally as good if not better than some.
And True, there are a lot of Talented Artist out there, but it was just recent I noticed the majority of the Artist I was watch were from Russia.
Yeah, I watch a few Russian artists myself...
I remember seeing a mock-guide on how to make lots of money as digital artist (it was buy a Russian artist) and one of the steps was “move to Russia and charge in USD” X’D
On a more serious note - there are A LOT of ppl in Russia, so it may be a numbers game - the more ppl you have, the more good artist you’ll find :D
Mmm, that's true. Plus it might also be that they encourage Arts over there, where as here in the states, we frown upon it.
