Cat Vet Bill Help!

First things first. My wonderful friend Anu is going through some financial troubles and I want to help.
He adopted a new cat just last month and has already made THREE emergency Vet visits, totally over 4,000$! He has burned through all of his savings, and is now struggling a bit.
He has a go fund me set up, after lots of pestering from me.
