I found this (these) sites a few months ago and figured I'd share them. It's call Posemaniacs (site), (blog) and is basically a collection of human poses with no skin... as in you can see the muscle structure. It's really cool becauce once you find the pose you like it pops up in a window and you and turn the pose to the angle you want (left and right turning only).
You can download an app for your iPhone/iTouch and have poses on the go and even set up 30 second random poses so you can practice your quick studies. Very handy.

the 30 second poses dont usually work for me, but their hands for drawing are a godsent. really. XD

Wouldnt recommend posemanics as a ref site, the poses arnt real enough and they lack any weight to give you a real impression of the figure in deep space :)
