● Payment
1. Paypal only
2. Payment must be relised within 48 hours
3. I dont do trades or requests
4. I'm not taking eCheques
● Information about ychs
1. I don't do refunds if I done ych in time
2. If character has complex design / additinal fur / complicated hairstyle / visible detailed scales / wings or feathers I'll charge extra
3. If you have special wishes I'll charge extra
4. I'll charge extra if the character's species doesnt match the base and edits will be needed
5. I'll charge extra if you're giving me character with no reference or digital art I can pick colors from or markings aren't clearly visible
6. I have two weeks to finish the files (please understand you're not the only client), but I'll try to finish them in 48h. If there will be any delays I'll ALWAYS inform about it via featured journal/calendar.
7. If you will be spamming about files or payment and/or will report me to paypal because you didn't receive files in more than 48 hours I'll permanently block you
8. Let me know about special requests before I start doing ych for you. I won't render thousands of files because you remembered you wanted something after I sent you the files.
9. I won't send you transparent files only because you don't want to pay for background if ych's description clearly says background costs extra
10. If you're ordering ych form me via note please send me link to ych you'd like to get. Do not put the name of ych in note title, a few ychs has the same name in my offer and I want to avoid missunderstandings
11. PLEASE CHECK CAREFULLY WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN IN PAYPAL'S INVOICE. IF THE INVOICE DOESN'T MATCH WHAT YOU WANTED DON'T PAY IT AND WRITE BACK TO ME
● Information about character designs
1. I dont do refunds
2. Don't resell for higher price than you have bought the character for
3. You can change species, gender, design etc.
4. While reposting the character to your account please credit me as a designer
5. I'm sending the files right after getting the payment unless when customer wants an edit
6. Purashed custom design or changes in character will be done in next two weeks after getting the payment
7. Edits or special wishes will cost extra
VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR USERS THAT WANT TO ORDER YCHS FORM ME [section added 08.12.2021]
I'm sorry to have to point this out, but my experiences over the past year with this account have been often very unpleasant. So please respect the following points.
When you buy from me:
● please do not send me pictures of your animals and ask me to draw them. If you don't have references or any other art that shows the appearance of the character - I will not draw it.
● I highly request you to not be aggressive towards me if I refuse to draw your character. I always try to be polite to others and I expect the same culture from you
● Please remember that I do not read minds. If you have any special requests, please tell me about them WHILE PLACING THE ORDER. I will not render thousands of different files because you didn't tell me about your wishes before.
● If you have a special request and try to trade with me to avoid paying for your requests - I will block you. My ychs are already at very low prices. Trying to get out of paying extra for your wishes is extremely disrespectful
● Respect the fact that I am not a robot. The queue of people waiting for their ychs is public! Don't rush me, you can check the progress of your order at any time so asking me if I can finish earlier for you is disrespectful
● Please respect my time. You're not my only client.
