Since my queue is quite long at the moment (over 15 drawings), I'm not taking speedpaint commissions on weekend from April 3rd-5th. Hello everyone! Things have been a bit...unusual with us two lately, which is why I need to address this here and let you know what's happenig!
First of all, this is ABSOLUTELY not a message to make you reconsider buying stuff from us at the moment. We really, really appreciate the support, and it's more important to us now than ever! We need work, and we do our best to work as much as we can now! We also promise not to make you all wait for too long. I also try to reply to all messages a few times a day, so if you have any concerns (about mine or Beidak's commissions), just shoot me a message, I'll let you know what's the situation within a few hours!
Both I and Beidak have had unusual interest in commissions/patreon support lately, etc, plus our medical problems have returned a bit - we're both dealing with eye and hand problems due to working a lot lately, plus because of the corona situation we can't go to therapy like we've been for some time now, so we need to rely on mental support from each other too. Finally, what can I say, the current world situation is pretty stressful right now, we're stressing a lot over this too, so it's generally tough.
I've been working for 7 days a week, for 6-12 hours a day, for weeks now. So it's absolutely not that I'm slacking off. So is Beidak, he's doing his absolute best! But as our health problems returned and our queue has grown a bit, we might not be delivering art in the super fast pace that some of you might have been used to. We're working on all of your orders, and we're here to communicate about commissions anytime! If you need any deadlines, do let us know, I'll make sure to deliver the art before then.
Believe or not, but I accept over 40 commissions every month, I counted. On top of that, there's Patreon, with over 10 patron rewards, from a headshot to a full illustration, every month. I'm doing everything I can to deliver all of this within a short period, but we all have our limits! So I hope you understand. <3
Beidak works differently, and much more carefully than me, basically. He spends more time on each work, which is why he can't accept as much of them, however, the interest in his pictures is pretty big, and sometimes overwhelming, as well. This is the very reason why he's changed to opening some commission slots from time to time instead of just accepting them all right away as I do. Though people are still messaging him during the closing times, and that, sometimes, overwhelms him further, making him feel bad for not making as much as he supposedly should. I assure you he's working super hard and doing his absolute best, so I hope you understand!
Beidak can generally be a bit slower with responding - the main reasons for that are, again, the fact he's overwhelmed now, but also, he has very little confidence in his English and he needs more time to read through longer/more complicated e-mails - I've asked him now to contact with me when this happens, so I promise to help him in getting faster with this!

One last issue! I've noticed lately that some commission emails end up in my spam folder for some reason, which is why I've missed some of them and replied to them a few days later. I wanted to say I've noticed that and now I check my spam folder twice a day, so I promise this won't happen again! Super sorry about this, and thank you for understanding.
So to sum this up! If something happens, it's never personal, you did nothing wrong, and we're super sorry for any inconveniences. However, I absolutely do accept commissions now - I always do, and I always send updates on each commission anytime! The wait time for smaller pictures is usually up to a week with me, so hopefully it's not that long. Beidak is closed at this moment, however, he's working hard on the current queue and will most likely open again very soon! We really appreciate any support we get from you, and what can I say, we do need the work now! Which is why we're arting as much as we can now. I promise you'll all be getting your art very soon. <3 I'm completing a few pictures every day now, and Beidak is working all day as well. I promise it'll be worth every minute of your time. <3

Also, a lot of therapists are moving over to teleheath systems from what I hear later. You may be able to find a way to get at least a little bit of guidance that way...?
