I got a few art pieces that I'm working on and will be posting them this week, but they won't be shaded. I mentioned in my last journal that I'm taking a break from shading. The honest truth is I never really felt too great at shading because I just always let it come to me, like drawing, it's just a unique style for which I really have no explanation. But whenever I try to develop an actual style in shading that's when I don't feel really great at it. Basically think of it like this: you draw a picture that you're really proud of how it came out so you want to draw it again... but this time it will never come out the same as the first. That's the way I am with my shading style, I've sought a few tips from other artists who inspired me but I just always end up losing the passion for it when I try to develop a style in shading. In this case, I think I just need the passion and motivation to shade my pics. So for now I'm taking a break from shading.
