I'd like to offer commissions as incentive but that might be overwhelming and the finished comms wouldn't be done for a long time probably. But if you are willing to be patient I can offer commissions if you send proof of donation.
I know it's dumb and cheesy but we gotta stick together during this time (at min six feet distance though lol). Please help them out.

If they are stuck in Tokyo they should contact the local consulate general/office of their home country to seek assistance/guidance in this pandemic.
