No, but i was 100% sure and i can think back to the point i filled the whole application with the details and check marks and sending it, i am 100% sure it should have been sended

As for your chance of getting in it is a limitless cap and will be open the whole month up to April 23rd, so your chances of getting a comm is pretty strong.
