Laptop is dead... Long live my 2010 iMac

On March 27, 2020 at 7:58 PM Eastern Daylight Time, the Lenovo G500S laptop that I've had since October 2013 has officially bitten the dust. I will be out of a laptop until I can earn money to purchase a new unit, and I'll be working from my Mid-2010 iMac for the time being. Thank God for backup computers.
On a good note, however, the drives are still very much functional. I will see about creating a virtual machine from my solid-state startup drive, on my iMac, so I can continue where I left off.
