Evolution Crew comic - summary and opinions

OK, now that the first chapter is finished, I'd like to ask you about a few things. So far the story is as follows:
(those, who didn't read the comic yet, don't read this!)
A young Totodile, named Marcus, gets lost in a forest. He almost falls victim to a wild Nidoking, but gets rescued by a Gligar, who takes Marcus to meet his team. The team, also known as the Evolution Crew, travels in a moving tree between the dimensions, trying to find the solution to the evolution problems by finding the seven Eevee Evolutions. Lost between the dimensions, Marcus doesn't want to accept his situation. Wanting to get back home, he sneaks out from the headquarters at night, only to find the first Eeveelution, Leafeon. Leafeon, hunted by a team made of Hypno, Sneasel and Magnemite, turns into a strange plate, right before Marc's eyes. As a result, Marcus almost gets killed trying to defend the plate, but luckily gets rescued by the Evolution Crew. Now Marcus is seriously hurt, what will happen next?

Now tell me, how do you like the story? I must say, all of your comments motivated me to draw pages so fast and I've even drawn lots of poses I thought were impossible for me. I hope the story isn't too complicated and understandable, at least to certain extend. I also hope that you don't mind lack of colours, it's easier that way for me and I can draw pages faster.
OK... Tell me, what do you think? Any ideas? Suggestions? Advices? Opinions?

All I say keep it up - it will improve your drawing over the time, very quickly. I'm just surprised you draw the comics quickly XD It take me ages to do a strip, lol.
All I can really end up saying is, I can't wait for next chapter.
But I've gotta say, I've been enjoying the Evolution Crew comics so far. ^-^ When I see the thumbnail in my submissions, it's always one of the first things I click. I'd say keep up the good work!
