Pettiness and My Tolerance

So this is gonna be relatively short and sweet, but probably needs to be said. Sometimes as an artist I get behind. I am a mother, I work full time, I am not in the best help, I live in a hurricane area, etc. Sometimes shit happens and I am unable to keep up. I am usually pretty dang up front about it and will happily return money if the commissioner would like money returned. I will 100% give refunds up to the moment a piece is delivered, especially in situations where I have personally fallen behind for one reason or another. If you as a commissioner choose to NOT receive a refund and continue to wait for your piece, do NOT then go forth to be petty about the time it took to deliver it. Do not make snide titles, do not fail to credit myself and/or the people who created a base, and do not be disrespectful simply because you are unhappy. I understand that you may be unhappy, do not commission me again in the future. That is fair. Not crediting myself or the artist who created a base is NOT fair. Do not act like children. If you choose to do so, you will be blacklisted. I will not do work for you ever again and will in fact block you from communicating with me at all. I do not have the time or energy to deal with people being nasty.
Going forward if anyone is so extremely petty that they will lash out if the possibility arises that I can not perform up to your standards... do not commission me. I do not want to deal with it. I am very kind overall and try to treat my commissioners with the utmost respect, whether they are a first time buyer or a repeat commissioner. All I ask is for the same respect in return. Thanks for reading through, y'all and I am sorry for the little rant. I needed to get it off my chest and make sure people are well aware of my situation.

https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/9487436/ they journal I found them lying in about me. i pull no punches in my journal and give no quarter either. I exhausted the calm and professional route long ago so it is what it is.
I think my favorite thing is when I get people that try and order nude commissions of a specific pov and then send me a fully clothed, shaded ref that shows exactly NONE of the area I need to see to do the commission and offer no descriptions to fill the blanks either. Then they get petty about me declining the order. Like fam, what am I supposed to do with this?
People just sometimes be like that. It's easier to just finish the commission when you can and then make it clear that either they're no longer welcome or if it's a first offense, I usually send a warning that the shitty attitude will not be tolerated if they wanna keep ordering from me. The thing that got me was the reposting without credit. That's not only stupid, it's illegal and can get them booted from the site lol.
As for people who send refs of body parts that are not shown in the image... that is its own can of worms. I have to ask people all the time if they have a reference image of the area in question. Some are fine with it and others are not. Most of the time though, they are pretty understanding when I tell them I am unable to provide what they want.
Anyways, definitely the right call to blacklist people that can't behave like adults. Hopefully you won't have to deal with that again.
