Another quick update on my hand situation - so I got the meds ( Diclovit's what I'm using ) I needed three days ago, and they've made things better very fast, the inflammation is almost gone and the stiffness and pain aren't bothering me anymore. People were right about saying I'll probably end up needing a week to get better haha;;
So I'll get back to work fully on Monday, but start out on the weekend now.
