Adoptable Terms and Conditions [UPDATED APR 2021]

Hello guys!
I'm adjusting my terms and conditions for my adoptables! Nothing too crazy, just a few simple rules.
ADDED RULES AS OF APRIL 5TH 2021!
- Buyers must pay for their design within 3 or 4 days of requesting purchase, or their purchase request will be forfeit!
- Faliure to pay for a purchase or Faliure to communicate after I have noted the buyer will result in the user being placed on the caution list, unless the user has a good reason! (Caution list info is in the Q&A section of this journal.)
- If anyone wants to pay any later than 4 days, they MUST tell me! Payments that will be made later than 4 days after a purchase request will be considered a hold. Failure to communicate will have users placed on a caution list! (more info on the caution list in the Q&A section)
- If anyone is no longer interested in purchasing a design, please hide your comment and TELL ME! If you are NOT sure if you want an adopt, don't ask for a hold! Only request purchase or hold if you are 100% sure that you want to buy the design.
1. Please ALWAYS credit the creator of the base of the adopt when posting the original adopt image! This information can generally be found in the auction info section. If I made the base of the adopt, then please credit me for the base and design.
2. Please don't claim you made the design unless you made significant changes to it!
3.Any and all transactions over $15.00 will now be made via invoice, as of 5 april, 2020! This means I will ask you for your paypal email, and then send an invoice to you for whatever design(s) you bought. If you are uncomfortable with this, please contact me! no longer applicable
4. Crediting me for the design is not an absolute must, but it is very very appreciated.
5. I do make certain NSFW Edits! Feel free to ask.
6. Once you own the design, you are welcome to do with it whatever you want! It is yours after all! The only exception is that the rules of the creator of the base must be followed. This means that if the creator of the adopt's base does not like edits to the lines, you may not edit the original adopt image's lines. Feel free to contact me for more info on the base's rules if you need.

Q: Can I make changes to the design?
A: Yes you may! The only time you may not make edits on an adopt, is when the creator of the adopt's base doesn't want edits made to the base. However, if you have a reference or such that was made by someone else, you are more than welcome to make changes to the design on it! If you wish to change some colours on the original base, that's perfectly fine! Feel free to contact me for some help if you would like some changes or edits.
Q: Can I re-sell my adopt?
A: Yes you may! It does belong to you after all.
Q: Are payment plans available for higher priced adopts?
A: Yes! If an adopt is $35 or more, a payment plan can be discussed. The payment plan can span over 2 - 4 months depending on the full price of the adopt. However, payment plans are only available to those who AB their adopt! Failure to pay the full owed amount for the design will result in the design being put back up for sale again, and the offender will be placed on my caution list!
Q: What is the 'caution list'?
A: The caution list is a list of users who have either failed to pay for their designs multiple times, or who have been rude to other people on my auction/sale threads. Those on the caution list will not be able to have payment plans for designs in future, and are not allowed to make holds. Begging for free designs will also have you placed on the caution list! If a user continually gives me reasons to keep them on the caution list, they will be blacklisted. This means they won't be able to purchase my designs at all anymore. The caution list and blacklist will not be made public! It will remain anonymous unless the user scams people or has a serious offence behind their name!
