In case you haven't heard, the SNES classic Seiken Densetsu 3 is getting a 3D remake called Trials of Mana, which is set to release this April 24th. There's a demo out in case you want to give it a little try (covers the prologue and the first chapter, and you can transfer your saves to the main game once it's out).

One game mechanic involves choosing three out of six characters for your party and this amount of choice might be intimidating to new players. As someone who has emulated played the original several times, let a long time fan give you some helpful suggestions to help you get started.

Team Classic (i.e. Warrior/Mage/Theif build): Any combination of Duran, Angela, and Hawkeye
