Welcome to my Terms of Service.
Sending any form of payment to me indicates you've read the relevant section to your purchase and agree to them.
I've tried to keep this summarized and to the point BUT changes can and will occur so please check back often.
A general note: I reserve the right to decline a sale, or order, to any one should I feel a reason to.
This is incredibly rare, but I'll inform you of the reasoning should this happen. Thank you for understanding.
1. You MUST pay within 24-48 hours of me contacting you of winning the auction or flatsale. Failure to do so without a warning or reason will result in a strike against you. 3 strikes and you are no longer allowed to bid/purchase on any of my adopts. Payment is expected up front for any adopt / design / custom I offer. E-Cheques are NOT allowed. Payment plans for orders over 100$ MAY be possible, but NOT guaranteed. Note me about these.
2. Do NOT edit or remove your bid/purchase on an auction or flat sale. Failure to do so without a warning or reason will result in a strike against you. 3 strikes and you are no longer allowed to bid/purchase on any of my adopts.
3. You MAY alter the design, HOWEVER it still must be recognizable to the original and cannot be changed drastically to the point where you can no longer tell its the same adopt/purchase.
4. You may resell the design - but ONLY for the price you paid for it or lower, no higher - unless you also list PROOF of any commissions you bought of said character, and i prefer to be notified of you selling the adopt off - if not just to confirm its being sold / traded.
5. Do NOT claim any of my designs as your own - if i find out you are doing this, it will result in a Ban, where you are no longer allowed to bid/purchase on any of my adopts. You will also be added to a journal/list of people who have been banned /with the reason for doing so.
6. ALL transactions will mostly be through paypal and BUISNESS TRANSACTIONS ONLY .

Notes:
* ALL auctions end after 24 hours of last bid, with a snipe guard of 2 HOURS before the auction ends. If you try to snipe an auction - the clock will be reset and repeat the process until either a natural close OR an AB occurs in the appropriate comment section.
* You, as the buyer, have all rights to the design once purchased. This means that you are free to use the design in commercial projects if you so choose. HOWEVER. You are not to use the image I give you specifically for commercial purposes, and you cannot claim creation of the design as if it were your own.
* I do not offer design changes or alterations to any given adopt for free - what you see is what you get unless otherwise stated on that adopt or you pay a fee for SMALL alterations
* Traded adopts are allowed to be resold at their original value, or added art value price, no more. But are NOT allowed to be traded / bought JUST for the purpose of reselling at a higher price. There is a cooldown period of 2 months before a design can be traded / sold away.
* If you've received a freebie from me, I'd appreciate it if you didn't just go and sell it with no added value. However, if you've added value (more PURCHASED art), you're free to sell them at the value of anything added.
* Mystery mood boards are just that, a mystery. As such no refunds will be given once a mystery adopt has been sent out. Should you not like your mood board adopt, you are free to resell them at the price you bought them for after the cooldown is up.
* I will no longer hold on to files for more than 2 weeks after you have confirmed that you have them saved / I've transferred via TH. You a responsible for backing up an adopt image somewhere safe after you download them. Thanks!
* I prefer my adopts to not be used in racist / homophobic pieces, however honestly once somethings out of my hands I can't really do anything about that. Therefore once an adopt has been purchased from me - anything they are used for is not a reflection of my own opinions, and is not my responsibility.
* If you are buying an adopt as a gift or for a friend, I require you to tell me who it's being purchased for in the note i will send you before payment. This is to avoid any problems in future on who owns what design, and to keep track of anyone breaking the rules/TOS.
* If you claim and wish to purchase anything from me that is NSFW, you agree that you are 18+ and are of legal age to do so. Should it come to light that you are not 18+, the responsibility is not my own. You will also be banned from any future purchases from me.
Refunds:
There will be no refunds for pre-made adopts once they've been sent out, to prevent theft. It's your responsibility as the buyer to be sure that your purchase is within your ability to do so.
Refunds for mood board adopts will only be given if I have not started yet - if they have been started, then no refund will be available.
If you by some chance require a refund, please contact me first, and I'll work to get you one ASAP. A refund may take some time depending on the amount. A charge back should only be filed if I have failed to communicate with you at any point. If you chargeback without notification a file legal file will be started against you and you will be permanently blocked from any further purchases.
