I hope that you are all well and that this quarantine is not overwhelming you mentally or psychologically. It has been happening to me for a couple of days and I assure you that I have never felt so disgusting about myself in life. Self-pity is not good in any sense of the word because you do not stop to think that there are many people who are having the same or worse than in this situation. So friends, don't be like me who succumbed to that and it's costing me a lot to get out. It is a friend's advice that I will gladly give you.


If you have a partner (not my case) but even if it is a family member, friend, or someone who has loved you forever. Think about them and hold on to that love and affection to keep going and be stronger, there is nothing better than having the affection of the people who love you. I have always been on my own so I do not know what it feels like but I always do my best to encourage, encourage and cheer people with what I can.
