Some people on Patreon work around that by not posting their stuff onto the Patreon itself, but instead email a download link to all the patrons individually. (Downside for that is that there is no back catalogue to incentivize subscribing, but on the other hand, you can't just sub for a month and then scrape everything and leave either. And of course you have to host the files somewhere yourself. And it's kinda grey area, but so far Patreon seems to be at least turning a blind eye.)

There's also a more adult oriented service like that called Subscribestar.adult (be sure to go to the .adult one) that I hear should be open for this sort of content, so you might want to check them out.
