Though it certainly doesn't feel like it this year. Nobody's coming over to visit us, and I have yet to make an Easter card. But hey, at least I'll be cooking smoked ribs for dinner, so at least that's something to look forward to!

Sounds delicious! My mom bought us Easter baskets (which is unusual seeing as we're in a Jewish household). Granted, my friend is staying with us indefinitely (til the int'l borders open back up and she can go back home to Spain) and she comes from a Catholic family. We're making various "Easter" foods from Madrid (the city she lives in) today, so she feels a bit more at home. We made this amazing Spanish toast (like french toast, but thicket and sweeter)! It was awesome. <3
