They should. It's not just about whether other people can stand to be around them, bathing is also generally good for one's health. Then again, who's going to make a dragon take a bath?

Id like nothing more then a nice hot Jacuzzi bath to relax... unless it's a hot day outside, then I'd like a cool Jacuzzi bath.

I guess they would be giant lizards, so probably need some water. I guess they could also take mud or dirt baths to avoid water if they lived in a very dry place?
