Not quite half a yellow squash.
Handful of baby carrots
Two sliced button mushrooms
Rosemary
Italian seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Celery salt
And white wine.
All in a glass baking dish, covered with foil.

Yep, sounds like a good meal. Rosemary and garlic's a favourite combo of mine! And carrots tend to need to be dressed up with other flavours to get the best out of them. They're sweet, they've got a certain floral spiciness, but yeah - boost them like you did here and you're laughing!
