After testing several prototypes I have a working pattern now. I'm in the process of pre-washing (for shrinkage) and cutting fabric for the masks. Each mask is $15 each plus shopping and includes an external wire pocket on the reverse side and an internal pocket to add a filter (non-woven material). I will have more prints available soon. My cord is scheduled to arrive tomorrow and I have 18 gage wire and toggles in stock. The toggles allow the cords to slide through for adjusting the fit without needing to tie them.
