I don't know about pricing. the artist that did my sona, said she's willing to do an under paw pov for my sona. Her price though will be $40 due to the complexity of the perspective. I plan on also getting a ref from her. all as soon as my returns come in. She does macro so far that I know, but limited. Sorry for the ramble.

I could recommend three artists i have in mind  Medic.McCloud34 did one macro art I did a trade with his price are 6 dollars for a color pic.  JaydentheVaulkurien does macro as well and his price are reasonable from 7 to 26 dollars.  simply-a_watcher is open for commissions and his price are reasonable from 6 to 23 dollars and he does macro arts. Hope it helps with what you're looking for.
