Hello, all! We have kind of a big update!

We've decided to do something kind for ourselves that will also inevitably benefit all of you.

As of tomorrow, Bea and I (Megg), will have a new social media manager and personal assistant. So, we'd like to formally introduce everyone to Rose aka

For the sake of full transparency, we'll go into a bit of detail on what she will be handling, what duties will be split among the three of us, and what Bea and I will still be doing entirely ourselves.

First, Rose's new duties:
-Running Twitter
-Running Instagram
-Posting art on FA
-Posting art on FB
-Website creation & updates
-Putting together Trello cards
-Delivering WIPs and final products
-Moderating our Discord Server (if we end up opening one)
-Moderating our Pictarto chats (if we start streaming again)

Second, split duties:
-Answering client correspondence
-Putting together commission quotes
-Replying to comments on posts
-Making informative posts on FA, FB, & Patreon
-Taking orders
-Updating the queue & associated materials
-Verifying payment receipt

Third, Bea & Megg's sole duties:
-Undersketches
-Lines
-Color
-Shading
-Changes following WIPs
-YCHs
-Bases
-Patreon content
-Developing new products
-Working on a merch store
-Designing merch
-Comic promo materials and pages
-Personal conversations
-Very complex concept discussion

So, while things will be changing a lot on our end, there won't be many changes on the client end of things. We won't be announcing who is talking in messages or comments, and we ask that no one differentiates between the three of us in such a way. Rose will have full authority and knowledge to give the same information that we always have, and we'll be working very closely with her (especially in the beginning) to make sure her she is fully trained and comfortable in completing these tasks.

What this means, as seen above, is that Bea and I can put much more focus on getting art done in a timely manner and continuing to grow and improve the studio's range. With the idea of merch and a comic looming, we simply were unable to keep up with all of our duties, while also spending as much time as we'd like to on the art itself. There's a lot of unpaid work that goes into this job, and now it's paid work -- just for someone else.

Rose is very dear to us, and she has been for many years at this point. We trust her implicitly, and we wouldn't have taken this step if we had any reservations about it. This was not done without much consideration. In fact, we've been tossing around the idea of needing someone to take on these duties for at least a year. So, please know that this was a highly cautious move on our part, and we're bringing her into the fold with nothing but positive feelings and utter excitement.

So, if you please, give her a warm welcome and the same hefty helping of respect that you've all shown us along the way. Thank you in advance to for understanding this change, and we look forward to having her fully integrated very soon.
