With the thickness and types of materials used, and just the bulk of it I can see it partially protecting but since you still need and have fresh air moving in and out of it to breath......... no, not the best choice for protection. I wouldn't rely on it. I had wanted to have a functional gas mask made for my fursuit but again, for the same reason, just not designed to work like that.

hmm fursuit built on a gasmask....or a gasmask built on a fursuit head, either way that would be awesome.

i wouldnt say so and id say to clean it as the virus can stick to surfaces for a certain amount of time
