General
I am not very good with technology.
While I have a tablet for the computer, my laptop color display is always off (more desaturated, I think, which makes the final colors look awful unless I import palettes from another device). It’s sacrificing color for better lines/faster drawing. The iPad that I have is better for colors, but it is very frustrating to get lines done quickly or do proper shading. My gallery is very inconsistent because I switch between the two devices and it is starting to get on my nerves.
Is it worth getting an Apple Pencil? I feel bad making large purchases for a hobby, but I find myself less and less happy with drawing on desktop. Do the pencils hold a decent charge? Is the pressure sensitivity the same as you would get from a traditional tablet? That’s the main feature that I care about.
Thank you!
