Sadly we had to take our cat to the vet and put him to sleep a few days ago, due to health issues that had been mounting for a while despite our attempts to change his diet over and over again, medicine, etc. Watching him deteriorate despite everything we tried to help him sort of put it in perspective and I came to terms with the possibility he wouldn't recover a while ago, and sadly he didn't. Just wanted to post this to vent a bit, and to let people know that once I'm in a better headspace I hope to draw a bit more, it's been a draining few months for lots of reasons, but hopefully things can improve from here.
