Also, he probably spammed half the 'browse' page in these two hours - just clicking everywhere and do the copy-paste thing with some long text + insulting some people by saying that their artworks are ugly.

Communication problems. Constantly adding new things to the custom and being unable to specify details correctly despite caring about every little thing (describing stuff in very simple terms despite having certain expectations to them). Extremely prolonging our work.
