Adoptable TOS Update

The old TOS (which needed to be put here and not on an old Google doc and forgotten about anyway)
-Send the money as Goods and Services, no shipping required.
-Do not use the adoptable to create your own species unless species rights was specifically given. If species rights is given, this is stated and you receive the layered file to create adopts of your own on if you so desire.
-You may resell the adopt for the price of purchase or lower, unless you have done or procured art of the adoptable.
-You may post it up on your account or Toyhouse! Please provide credit! My Toyhouse is ArthaDemon
-Please credit me the first time you draw the character or have them drawn. Future drawings of the character do not require credit, but I love seeing what is done with my designs. Feel free to note me art of the design, though you don't have to.
The new rules.This should go without saying, but people will be people.
-If you do not receive the adoptable file, please send me a note, comment on the adoptable in question or contact me on Discord, ArthaDemon#6123. You will need to send a friend request due to my security settings.
-If you do not attempt to contact me, and escalate it further on PayPal, I will send you your file and you will be added to my blacklist and blocked once it is resolved and I know you have your file.
-Please allow me a couple days to send over files from older Adoptables. Some of these designs are on an old external drive, in Stash, named stupidly making searching for them much harder, or, rarely, stored in Google Drive, and some I have to redo or manually and carefully remove the watermark from the flattened file, due to losing the main layered file via hard drive failure. This takes time if it becomes necessary. If this is the case, I will let you know.
-if you are worried, please contact me. It will be resolved immediately and peacefully.
I do not appreciate escalation of a situation that can easily be solved with a friendly note or reminder.
