TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS) UPDATED:2022

Please read my TOS before commissioning me, and if you have questions, please ask in the comments.
NOTICE 1/5/22: I DO NOT SUPPORT NFTS OR AI ART OF ANY KIND, DO NOT MAKE NFTS OF MY WORK OR USE MY WORK FOR AI IMAGES, IF YOU SEE NFTS, OR AI OF MY WORK OR ANY KIND OF WRONGFUL USE PLEASE REPORT IT [UPDATED 12/8/2022]
Payment[updated 12/8/2022]:
All payments can be made through Paypal, Stripe, Zelle, and Cashapp_(US only). Payments must be made before I start working on any piece or artwork. Payments can be made in advance as well.
Added 1/5/22Comic page commissions will now require $30.00 in advance to secure your spot 1-2 months in advance. This is NOT REFUNDABLE even if you cancel.
Added 1/5/22Commissions will now require a 48-hour notice of cancelation, if cancelation happen without 48-hour notice you will be charged a fee.
Wips:
WIPs are for you as a customer to keep up with the creative process and voice opinions on possible changes that need to be made before the piece is finished. Wips are included in all purchases* during each phase. Sketch, linework, color, and final look over.
Once the piece has been finished to your liking, and the full file has been sent I will not be making further edits to the piece such as changes to the pose, color, or characters over all appearance. If your characters design changes after the piece had already been completed (i.e. they went from having long hair to short hair), I am not obligated to change the artwork.
I hold the right to refuse or charge extra for changes to finished works that are not a fault of my own.

All finished images are posted to the following sites: Furaffinity, E621, Twitter.
Lesser sites include: Inkbunny, Instagram, Facebook.
If you would like to remain anonymous, please say so.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued if a piece cannot be completed within the foreseeable future due to outside factors such as sickness, family issues, or other personal events.
In the event you chose to request a refund after I had started working or finished your piece, I will still request payment for my time.
Workflow and Scheduling/slots: (edited, please re-read: updated 8-30-21)
To better manage my personal time current scheduling will be based off available slots for each month which will be by announcement only; slots may be limited and are first come first serve.
PLEASE PICK DAYS YOU ARE MOST AVALIBLE
To claim a slot simply comment what day you would like to have. That becomes your day and payment must be due: that day or in advance. Some slots may have restrictions (i.e. no alt, no background, limited number of characters, ect).
Please ask me about concerns about timezone differences if you think they will be a problem.
Keep in consideration: The amount of time it takes to complete a commission is partly up to the commissioner and how quickly a response is given in the WIP stages in order for me to proceed to the other stages, as well as complexity of a piece.
Complexity increases with things such as multiple characters, backgrounds, intricate designs or clothing, wings, ect. As well as things i may not be completely familiar with drawing and contribute to overall price.
Things i wont draw:
Scat
Hyper/over exaggerated anything
Dutch angle dragons
Gore
My little pony
Armor
Mechas
Intricate weapons
Physical abuse
Diapers/ diaper lovers/ adult babies
Outside of these things i still hold the right to refuse a commission.
If you are unsure if I will draw something that is not listed please just ask.
IF you are unsure of anything in my TOS or if something is unclear PLEASE ASK.
ALL CHARACTERS PROVIDED MUST BE YOUR'S OR YOU MUST HAVE PROOF OF PERMISSION TO USE SOMEONE ELSE'S. DO NOT SUBMIT OTHER PEOPLES CHARACTERS FOR KINK/FETISH WORK, YOU MUST HAVE CONSENT.
Once you've read everything and understand how i will be working, please type agree under my comment. By doing this you have assured you've read and understand my policies and I will be working with you under these terms.
If you ask to commission me and you haven't read my TOS and commented "agree", I will not work with you.
If you or someone you know wants to commission me but doesn't have access to Furaffinity I can provide a duplicate on request.
