I know it's gonna be late as all hell but screw it, I really like the ones I've seen so far all over the place.

Dino Crisis' Regina is always a good option. Wouldn't mind seeing Halo's Arbiter drawn up either, or even the Master Chief. Isaac Clarke, Tifa, Selphie, or Bahamut. Plenty of nice choices. Spawn is another good one that seems in line with your art style.
