I be a fool, almost forgettin' this glorious day.
Yarr, Sept. 19, t'is a holy day to us Pastafarians.
Methinks I be not as good with t'pirate-talk as the rest of ye mateys. Hardly practice, savvy?
Me also thinks a blood vessel just burst in me head from strugglin' with te vocabulary. I need grog. Lots and lots of grog.

(Yeah, shut up, my pirate lingo isn't as up to par with everyone else's. I try, cut me some slack. But today is Talk Like a Pirate Day. We should all be holding hands/hooks and crying Yo-Ho skyward.
This is a holy day to the Pastafarians. The day we're finally free to talk as ourselves as we were born to be without the restrictions of society. Our great God would forgive even me for a few missed pirate-y words, right? Then again, I feel terrible. I've missed the past two Talk Like a Pirate Days, not to mention Ramendan... I hafta reread the gospel. I've really fallen out of the loop.
