Seriously, something gives me, that I do something, but I don't know what...this makes my mentally pretty crazy, that I sometimes see things completely wrong, which makes me even crazier

I understand that problem because it happened to me before. I’m sure that a lot of people had this problem as well and don’t know what to do but you can trust me. I will say that if I don’t respond is because it’s either I’m away for a period of time or I wanted to avoid a certain topic
