I'm more interested in story and kinks. If sex scene is drawn well and cute it might be interesting, too. But most of the time vanilla sex bores me.

It depends, if the story is good is the more important aspect. I've seen alot lewd comics have boring , long , overly complicated or nonsensical stories that wear out their welcome after a page or two. That's when you start skipping through the text for the sexy art.

But if the story is good with characters you like... You may not even notice that two or three pages go by with no lewds cause you're so invested

If however it's a relationship/interaction based wholly & solely on sex or sex with fetish(es) then it comes down to pleasurable visual &or other sensory stimulations fo me
(well maintained leather &or other gear , clean & smooth body parts , a light scent of machine oil or roses rather than a heavy scent of skunk/skunk weed ,etc.)

if the story is crap then the sex needs to be amazing to keep my interest.
if the story is great then the sex can be a little lackluster.

if the story is great and the sex is great; then thats the holy grail.

Story, its more catching than sex. If it is fun or intriguing, that is way better

I usually like comics that do only try to do one thing right. Either sex only or story only.

Sex in a more complex story is very enjoyable to me but only if the character's sexual expression in the story is believable for the way they are in the rest of the story and if their sexual energy can be seen in the rest of the story outside of the explicit sexual scenes.

depends on the strength of the author. I was playing Sengoku Rance the other day and found myself more immersed in the characters that I was skipping the sex scenes.
