(NEW) Comment Raffle June

I have looked it up and read into the rules for Furaffinity's 'journal raffles' and to the best of my knowledge comment raffles are allowed! So! That being said: I am once again bringing them back!
Schedule
☼ On the first of the month (excluding this month) I will post the tracker (what will be seen below the Rules).
☼ Watchers will then have until the last day of the month to comment on art and journals that I have posted that month. I.E only art posted for June is valid for June's raffle etc etc.
☼ On the morning of the last day I will post the results and the winner will need to note me their reference.
☼ Then the next month I will repeat!
Rules
☼ SFW ONLY Prizes! I will not be drawing NSFW for these raffles.
☼ You must be following me! You can join the day of the tracking post.
☼ You cannot win twice in a row, I will draw again until a new name comes up.
☼ Comments on Submissions and Journals count!
☼ Only one comment per person per post will be counted.
☼ Replies to other people's comments and bids do not count. However general comments on Adopts/Auctions are valid.
☼ If you harass me about your prize you will not receive it! These are to be done between commissions and during my spare time. This is free art, do not ruin this for others.
☼ The pose, complexity and theme are to my discretion. You can only veto which character is being drawn.
☼ I will post who commented and how many times underneath the "Tracker" section.
☼ This will be the ONLY Comment Raffle post with the Schedule and Rules, I will only link to it at the bottom of the next Tracker posts. So I recommend that you frequently check this or my profile to see where you are on the roster.
☼ There is no 'due date' for these prizes however 9/10 times they will be finished before the next winner is chosen.
