Terms of Service_ADOPTs

By bidding on one of my adoptables, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service!
Important Information.
‣ I have a child. He needs care, attention, warmth, a tasty meal and so on ... Therefore, sometimes I can not answer you right away.
‣ I might not be able to close the auction exactly on time because of the time zones.
‣ I use only my basics.
Bidding Rules:
‣ Only bid if you are able to afford the amount you offer.
‣ Please respond directly to the previous bidder so that they will know they've been outbid.
‣ Do not hide bids.
‣ I can block a user forever, if he repeatedly removed the stakes.
Payment:
‣ Payment is taken via Paypal only.
‣ I am sending you an invoice for payment
‣ The invoice must be paid within 48 hours of winning the adopt.
‣ Message me if you're interested, but need more time (please do so before bidding!). We can work something out!
‣ I don't take trades.
Refunds:
‣ Every sale is final. I don't accept refunds so be sure you're certain before placing your bid!
Policies on Reposting:
‣ You may reupload your commission/gift/adoptable/whatever onto your account as long as you credit me as original artist.
‣ You may edit your /whatever/ as long as it I approve of it.
‣ You may NOT remove my signature.
Policies on Adoptables:
‣ My adopts are for personal, non-commercial use only.
‣ You may , of course, commission more artwork of the adopt for personal use.
‣ You may do minor edits without any approval needed. If you are unsure, message me.
‣ You must message me if you are going to do major changes on the adoptable.
‣ You may change the species.
‣ You may change assigned gender/sexuality ?? if that even pops up.
‣ You may make alternate versions of said character -- IE anthro form or human form.
‣ You may gift, trade and sell the design for the same price or less.
An exception if said character has additional art.
‣ If you no longer use a design you have bought, I'd be willing to help your babe to find a new home.
