My commission rules

THIS IS A CONTRACT THAT YOU MAKE WITH ME FOR HIRING MY SERVICES OF ART, WHEN SENDING YOUR FORM, I WILL TAKE FOR GRANTED THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE FOLLOWING TERMS
1: You should follow the commission form, as written in the instructions, on the contrary, I will reject the commission
2: Before you send the commission form, be 100% sure to buy the commission
3: You should pay in advance or payment in half, once in the slots list, the money will be charged and there won't be refunds
4: For half payments, the commission will be completed in sketch, and you will have to pay the other half to end the commission, I will continue with other commissions until you make the final payment
5: Once paid the commission, it will be added ASAP to the slots list, there you can follow the phases of the commission in detail and in what turn I am working on
6: Please, avoid sending messages about the process of the commission, I cannot answer them, because I work all day and I am quite busy, you can see in the slots list all progress of the commissions phases in detail
7: I do not accept private commissions
8: Write clearly the commission form and do not use abbreviations, I use a translator of Google to translat from English to Spanish, commissions bad written, I will reject them until it is well redacted
9: You should wait for your turn until I work on your commission, have in mind that other people have orders and other personal proyects that I have on my benefit, this will delay from 2 weeks to 3 month (max) to conclude your turn, depending on what position you are on list, so please be patient, and if you can't , don't request commission.
10: In case of delays in the commissions because of personal affairs or health, I will notify all who commission. (I promise to do so :p)
11: I do not sell Linearts and sketches, only completed commissions
12: I do not give discounts, my prices are on the commission board (Maybe, I take out discount coupon offers for commissions (e.g. $30 off) for a certain amount of commissions made by the same person, then this rule would be overridden)
13: Also you should tell me how you wish to be included in the slots list, if you do not, I will use the first name from the commission message
14: Tell me if you want to be named or be anonymous in the commissions posts and in the slots list
15: Hiatus issues, if you see that I stop publishing for several months in my networks, do not worry about your commission, I do not intend to scam you, it is just that things (personal or work) are not working and the best thing for me is to stay away from networks so, if you see that happens just wait, be patient, and I will come back with more energy and I will finish your commission. If I definitely retire from drawing nsfw forever and I haven't finished your commission, I will give you your money back, otherwise if several months or even years have passed since my hiatus and you haven't heard from me yet, it means I'm already dead xDDD
