So, was messaged by management that our home was listed for sale and the realtor wants to do a showing on Monday. Of course we were unaware of this and, with the coronavirus, the main office has been closed off for months. Currently trying not to and asking why this is happening and what's up with the rental agreement. Hopefully there's some miscommunication and some info just slipped due to the craziness of the situation. We shall see.
If so, this month will be rather unpleasant.

I know somebody who had a roommate who was legally allowed to stay for 30 days after being told to leave. You might at least have a grace period to line something else up before they can actually turn you out.
