~*♥*~ Pretty much what
Desoto_JellyWereWolf and
redisdead said in the last journal. Our units are privately owned and the owner is looking into selling them to new owners. lease ain't changing or being modified unless the units are sold. if that occurs, we're going to look into moving cuz we are pretty cool with the current management here and would hate having to deal with someone else. (not the only reason, would like to look at different rental areas with better amenities and schools near by).
However, the realtor visiting our unit is only because the managements keeps recommending our house since we're pretty cool with them. It reminded me that this had happened 3 years ago. We thought it was just random chance but apparently not..
*Stares at walls covered with crayon drawings* fuuuu...
Welp, at least the viewing has been moved to another date so we can remedy that issue.
Thanks all for the input and saying lawyer up and all that jazz. My wallet ain't crying anymore now that there's better understanding.
We freaked out a bit too much but when a child's involved ya tend to think of the worst possible scenario.

Thats quite a relief, good news is getting more and more rare these days.

Yah I would start looking for a place now. New owners tend to not renew leases so they can renovate things that need renewed.

Heh, you're too cool and therefor must be targeted to show off to potential buyers.

I wouldn't worry about the crayons. Land lords are often required to re-paint before they can re-rent a apartment.
