Favorite summer time snack? Gotta go with fresh, sliced tomatoes with just a little salt. Gotta be right off the vine, though. The ones you buy in the store just aren't the same.

Summertime snacks huh? We have a local popsicle store that has some AMAZING flavors and their Mint Lemonade and Hibiscus Lemonade popsicles are just divine!

I think my favorite summertime snack is probably cucumber sliced and put in ice water with a little salt. Kind of weird, I know, but it's something my grandmother used to give us when I was a kid, so I think there's a healthy dose of nostalgia in there, too. I don't suppose it counts as a snack, but I also love fresh basil and making fresh basil pesto. It's so very tasty, especially on pasta.
