Hello everyone! I just have something to tell you all about Sonic Archie comic and mini game gear.
First let's start with Archie comic Sonic. I'm a huge fan to the Archie comic Sonic the hedgehog and some of it's characters and it all started back in the 1990's, which was fun and cool! However, I didn't started collecting them until I was 10 or 11 years old. Which means my collecting comic days started somewhere in 2000 or 2001. And I loved it so much! But then after years, I get to hear it discontinued for stupid reasons! When that happened, I doubt every fans around the glob became furious because of that, so am I! Although even if the IDW comic company decided to make Sonic comics for the fans, it's not the same neither is it a continuem story! Though the worst part is the characters from the Archie comics are not in this version. There no the wolf pack freedom fighters, no princess Sally, no Antoine, no Rotor, no Bunnie Rabbot, no Nicole, no Julie-Su, no Neo Acorn and no nothing (though I'm not so sure if I'm right or wrong)! A terrible thing! However, who knows if Archie comics company will have a change of heart or not. Because even Megaman was cool enough in this version or so. But right now, I just have to wait and see if things will turn out extreme better.
Anyways moving on, mini game gear! I love game gear a lot! But not like that! It's too puny for anyone like me to handle. Wish they made the same size like the original one but the cartridge would be different like an SD card or something. But no, they want it that way! I'm not so sure if they will listen to us or not but I just that they will change their minds. However I even wish for a Sega Saturn as well. And I wouldn't mind if it's mini or not!
Well, that's all I get to say! I just hope my wishes might come true and things will turn out better. Because it was terrible a sad!

I was an avid reader of those comics from about 1994 to 97, when they were still pretty new. I liked that they took place in the world of the "SatAM" animated series, with many well-developed and sympathetic characters and only a few humans. It made me sad when the games and later animated series moved away from that, following what I presume to be the originally intended storyline, taking place on some islands presumably on earth amongst a whole bunch of bland humans and a bunch of un-relatable anime stock characters.
The storyline and the style of the comic series really inspired me as a kid, there's even some influences in my comics and stories to this day! Like you, I really wish someone would bring them back. Even if just in the form of a fan-comic or an indie game or something. I've been thinking, Archie's version of Sonic the Hedgehog could possibly be some pretty solid material to make an indie RPG out of!
