Lol, heck, I already have at least one person with a dozen extra accounts giving me multiple favs on all the same submissions. Lol.

Its most likely FA deleting inactive and bot accounts from the site.

Could be. I started looking through my watch list to compare with an older one, and I did find several accounts were either deleted or deactivated by the user. I was assuming everyone left because of my opinions on Pony Life that I posted in a journal three days ago. I couldn't tell which ones had left recently, or those who left sometime before that, but I wasn't going to waste my time going through the whole alphabet of my watch list.

I figure the bulk of my watchers probably forgot they were watching me, or have long since gone inactive for half a dozen years or more. Only a very small handful of my watchers ever really comment on or fav any of my stuff anyways, so it's not a huge loss, despite being the most watchers I've had disappear in one night, that I can recall.

Yeah, your not the only one having this, a lot art, not sure if you may see journals about it, could depend on who notices this.

I usually don't notice unless one of my watch notifications disappear, but I had noted my overall number of watchers last night before I went to bed, and I looked this morning, and ten watchers just went poof.

Once in a while, I'll have one or two drop now and then, usually if I had recently ranted about something in a journal shortly before. Though they don't usually all drop at once.

It seems to be some kind of a purge made by FA administration... or a bug.
Just took a look at my numbers and as far as I remember I had over 10260 watchers lately, now it's down to 10182. While I'm used to the number jumping up and down whenever I post new pieces, losing over 80 watchers within a single day of inactivity seems rather impossible :I

So it seems. Hmm, I'm starting to wonder why the sudden purge.

I've seen a number of artists write similar journals, so I suspect it is FA doing some cleanup.

It's nice to know it's not my fault for a change, haha. Curiously, I haven't seen anyone else post journals about it on my end. Come to think of it, I haven't been getting many journal notifications in my inbox lately, outside the usual raffle/commission updates.
