Turns out I am indeed taking the same kind of heart medication my mom's taking. Yaay... ^___^;; So this'll be fun. Fingers crossed that this doesn't make me start singing about a Daisy girl.
Pretty anxious. Gonna see how well my body can handle it. My blood pressure this morning before the pill, was about 119/86 or so, and my heart rate was at about 86. When I'm at the doctor's I'm up to like 107 for the heart rate.
I might not be as functional while I'm taking this, but hopefully I'll still be kicking. Wish me luck, and prayers are welcome.
*Update*
So far so good. I'm a little tired, and I took my stats , and they're only down slightly (like, really slightly.) When my mom took this medication, it nearly dropped her in an instant, like someone flicked a switch. But for me, I only went down 1-3 points.
Smoke from a local fire is drifting in our way, so it's all hazy outside right now. We've got the air on, and I'm doing okay for now.
*Update 2*
Second stats test; similar results. Blood pressure dropped a little more, but still in a good range, and my heart rate dropped by 1 again. Overall been feeling okay once the initial fuzziness wore off. This dosage is having a far more minimal effect than I expected. Hmm, I wonder if it gradually has more effect over time as I take it?
